What Is an IE Tab Helper?

If you’re running a company website or want to develop an app or website for your company, then you need to know the browser your users are using. If you’re using Chrome, Safari, or another browser that’s similar to those, then you’re in luck. However, if you’re using Internet Explorer or another browser that doesn’t work with other browsers, you’ll need to install a helper process to get your web pages to work with Chrome.

So, what’s an IE tab helper? It’s a process that runs on the server-side of your site. It’s called an IETab Helper and it basically allows you to run Internet Explorer on your server.

IE Tab is a web browser that uses the same rendering engine as Internet Explorer, so it’s pretty easy to use. All you need is an Internet connection and a copy of the IETab helper.exe file.
